This project included a new 50,000 SF addition and 111,414 SF renovation of their existing corporate building, in Lansing.

Completed in Febuary 2008,it is a 60,000Sq. ft building, and a $12,000,000 project. Was originally built in 1928, and located right next to the capital of Michigan.

This project was around 450,000Sq. ft, approximately $150 million, eleven-story West Wing Tower, supported by a new Central Utility Plant which provides emergency power back-up, steam, chilled water, and other essential services.This multi-phased addition provided the following new spaces within the Tower: six Operating Rooms initially (22 when ultimately built out), separate adult and pediatric Emergency Departments with a total of 75 treatment bays, a 34 bed ICU/CCU Department, a 43,000 SF Heart Center with state-of-the-art equipment, 58 private Medical/Surgical Patient Rooms

Completed in 2002. This was a $29,174,000 dollar project that was approximately 350,000 Sq ft.
