Completed in January 2008. It is 274,000 Sq. ft, renovation and addition to the Snyder and Phillips hall that was construncted in 1947.

Expected to be done in June of 2012.This renovation is on the 200,000 Sq.ft of Bailey and Rather hall.These are two of the halls in the brody complex, which was construncted from 1954 through 1956.

Completed in August of 2011, the renovation, and expansion of this hall will make it more than 181,000 Sq.ft. It was originally constructed 1954 through 1956.

Estimated completion date is in summer of 2012. this project wiil add three stories in the B-wing hall, and it is approximately 88,000 Sq.ft
