Completed in 2010. It is a 24,000 Sq.ft addition and, 9,000 Sq.ft renovation to the Wharton Center Which originally opened in 1982.

Major spaces include research laboratories and lab support (214 rooms), office and office support (236 rooms), conference rooms/break space (18 rooms), university classrooms (three rooms), teaching laboratories (13 rooms), library (two rooms) and other instructional/computer support/special usage/storage rooms (25 rooms).
